This is one of the Premium-only amulets and as such can only be purchased if you have a running premium account. There are two versions of the amulet. One for Vampires and one for Werewolves. However, they only differ in image and text and not in effect.

Effect
Vampire: This amulet exudes reverence and is made entirely of the purest silver. Your opponent must withstand this fear or he will flee the fight!
Werewolf: This amulet exudes awe and contains arguably the strongest concentration of garlic known. Your opponent must withstand this fear or he will flee the fight!
When wearing this amulet, there is a chance that the opponent will flee from the fight.
