The achievements have found their way into MonstersGame, each achievement has a very different bonus and according to CRATR.games there will be more to follow over time. The spectrum currently ranges from "x% more bonus on effect of potions with instant effect" to special ranks, Skill bonuses to pure awards that offer no gameplay advantage.
