Here you can find a small overview, what has to be in which ticket to the support.
Important
Very important in your reports: The subject!
This should not be "Hi" or "Problem". Instead, it should actually represent the content of the message.
Example: "Account theft" or "Cheater found"
General
In general you should contact the support for the following things:
- Violations of Game Rules
- Suspicion of cheating Farming/Bugusing
- Unsuitable player names, profile descriptions, guardian names, clan names
- Deletion of a 0-man clans
- Guild without rights Clan rights loose
Basically always the following should be present in the ticket:
For problems & more
- The name of your own account
- Name of /MoonID / UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)
- The own User ID
- The server
- Does the account have premium? If so, how long?
- Problem description: What was the last thing done before the problem occurred?
- Category in the ticket: Match/Payment (Payment if there were/are problems with payments)

- The link to the offending player/clan
- Suspicion of what he's contravening
- A reason. (Don't just throw accusations around)

- Eigener Account-Name
- Server
- Name der MoonID/UserID Eigene E-Mailadresse im Account (wenn euer Account nicht mit dem MoonID Portal verbunden ist)
- Name des zu Sittenden
- Server
- MoonID des zu Sittenden / UserID Eigene E-Mailadresse im Account (wenn euer Account nicht mit dem MoonID Portal verbunden ist)
- Dauer des Sittens [Maximal 4 Wochen!]
Wenn 2 (oder mehr) Leute über einen PC auf dem selben Server spielen
- Der eigene Account-Name
- Der Server
- MoonID/UserID
- Rasse
- Der Name des Accounts der über den selben PC/die selbe IP läuft
- Der Server
- MoonID des Accounts/UserID Eigene E-Mailadresse im Account (wenn euer Account nicht mit dem MoonID Portal verbunden ist)
- Rasse
