Ticket to administrator

Here you can find a small overview, what has to be in which ticket to the support.

Important

Very important in your reports: The subject! This should not be "Hi" or "Problem". Instead, it should actually represent the content of the message.
Example: "Account theft" or "Cheater found"

General

In general you should contact the support for the following things:

• Violations of Game Rules
• Suspicion of cheating Farming/Bugusing
• Unsuitable player names, profile descriptions, guardian names, clan names
• Deletion of a 0-man clans
• Guild without rights Clan rights loose

• Sitting Reports
• When 2 (or more) people play on the same server via a PC

Basically always the following should be present in the ticket:

For problems & more

• The name of your own account
• Name of /MoonID / UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)
• The own User ID
• The server
• Does the account have premium? If so, how long?
• Problem description: What was the last thing done before the problem occurred?
• Category in the ticket: Match/Payment (Payment if there were/are problems with payments)

• The link to the offending player/clan
• Suspicion of what he's contravening
• A reason. (Don't just throw accusations around)

For Sitting messages

• Own account name
• Server

Name of MoonID/UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)

• Name of the person to custom
• Server
• MoonID of the person of interest / UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)
• Duration of custom [Maximum 4 weeks!]

When 2 (or more) people play on the same server via a PC

• The own account name
• The server
• MoonID/UserID
• Race
• The name of the account running on the same PC/IP
• The server
• MoonID of the account/UserID Own e-mail address in the account (if your account is not connected to the MoonID portal)
