Account exchange

If you get Ingame' offers in the form that you can exchange your account, please do not pass on any data. Serious offers and requests are always accompanied by a link to the official MoonID forum with the corresponding thread in the section "Transfer".

Currently only CRATR.games can remove your connected' from your MoonID. game account from MoonID or add a game account to your MoonID account.

The exchange exists only in the MoonID Forum and is used by users who have

• have an account but no time to play it anymore and because they don't want to delete it, they prefer to give it away to another player.
• want to have an account but don't want to start from scratch. So they are looking for a "used" account.
• have an account on one server, but would rather play on another server or switch to another race.

These players can then exchange their account with other players.

If you have any questions, please feel free to post them in the discussion forum, or via the ticket system.

How to use a MoonID linked account

1. Create a post in the MoonID forum that you are looking for a game account or have one to give away.

Important : Please fill in all the required data. What exactly are you looking for? How is the account you want to give away set up?

1. you found a new account or someone who wants yours ? Great! Then you can create a ticket via the support (Ticket-System). ( Form see below )
2. The player who is to get your account must create a ticket (Ticket-System) and confirm that he/she may / should get your game account.
3. Wait . Yes, this is not necessarily easy, but transferring accounts unfortunately takes some time and can take several days.

How to do it with an unlinked MoonID account

1. Register in the MoonID forum if you haven't already done so
2. Create a post in the MoonID forum (Transfer) that you are looking for a game account or have to give it up. Important: Please provide all required data. What exactly are you looking for? How is the account that you have to hand over set up?
3. you found a new account or someone who wants yours? Great! Then you can create a ticket (Ticket-System) via the support. (see form below)
4. The player who should get your account has to create a support ticket (Ticket-System) and confirm that he can/should get your game account
5. Then log in and go to "Link Account". Now you have the account on your personal MoonID and can play on all servers where you have an account by logging in once.

Please bear in mind that anyone who arbitrarily exchanges "unlinked" accounts may run the risk of being cheated, and the CRATR.games team may not be able to help here.
