game rules
No game can do without rules. MonstersGame also has some rules that you have to follow. On this page they are all listed:
§1 There is no legal claim to a game account.
§2 The instructions of the game operator and the forum and game administration must be followed.
§3 The spamming and flooding of the personal link in public discussion forums, chats, guest books, etc. is prohibited and can lead to the deletion of the account.
§4 Cheating/farming is forbidden and will result in the deletion of all accounts involved (farming is attacking your own multiaccounts or accounts prepared by other players for your attack). We will not be argued with here!
§5 Bugs that occur must be reported immediately to the game operator; deliberate, advantageous exploitation of a bug will result in the deletion of the account.
§6 The use of scripts and bots or similar of this kind is forbidden and will lead to the deletion of the account. Scripts/bots include programs that execute actions of any kind automatically or manually by the user in a game account or read data from game pages. This also includes the use of link exchanges and all Internet services that enable automatic link clicks!
§7 Players who insult other players and/or the members of the MonstersGame team will also be deleted.
§8 Auctioning off parts from the game (account, etc.) on known auction sites is forbidden and will lead to the deletion of the account.
§9 If a player logs into someone else's account without the owner's consent, this will result in the deletion of the player's own account. Clan theft/clan dissolution due to mergers will also be punished with account deletion.
§10 Players who give themselves insulting, pornographic, illegal, political and/or right-wing radical names/clan names/abbreviations (TAG) will also be deleted.
§11 Players who post insulting, pornographic, illegal, political and/or right-wing radical messages and/or profile/clan descriptions will also be deleted.
§12 Harassment of other players via PM is prohibited and will result in a warning and, if repeated, deletion of the account. Repeated attacks on the same player are NOT harassment.
§13 We expressly point out that each player is responsible for distributing his link. We assume no responsibility whatsoever if his behaviour in public forums, chats or guest books leads to consequences should he violate the rules there.
§14 Each player may only have one account per game world. Multi/farm/double accounts are prohibited and will result in the deletion of all accounts involved.
§15 Clan advertising/solicitation via PM ingame and in the forum is not allowed! This will be punished with a warning and, if repeated, with deletion of the account.
§16 The distribution and offering of any tools/scripts/bots is prohibited and will lead to the deletion of the account. See also §6.
§17 Alle Inhalte in der Clan oder Charakterbeschreibung dürfen die Rahmen und Seiten des Spiels nicht in die Breite verzerren (Maximale Breite = 810 Pixel). Dazu ist der Gebrauch von sinnlosen Texten, Bildern oder Leerzeichen untersagt, wenn diese Inhalte nur dazu dienen, die Beschreibung zu verlängern und/oder Angriffe zu erschweren.
§18 Clan- und Charakterbeschreibungen dürfen ohne die Zustimmung des betroffenen Spielers keine Namen oder Information beinhalten, die diesen Spieler identifizieren.
§19 Persönliche Links müssen als solche klar erkennbar sein und das Opfer muss die Wahl haben, ob er/sie den Link anklicken möchte. Der Gebrauch von KurzURLs, Popups oder Webseiten, die automatisch mehrfache Links aktivieren sind verboten und führen ggf. zu Accountlöschung! Persönliche Links müssen so platziert werden, dass der eigentliche Link sichtbar ist, sobald man mit der Maus über den Link fährt.
