Questions about the servers
Here you will find frequently asked questions about the servers.
New servers
- No one can answer the question of when a new server will be started. Not even the forum team. There are several factors that determine whether a new server starts or not.
- The number of players has nothing to do with whether a server starts or not. (See also here)
Changing the server
You cannot switch back and forth between the servers with your account or have them imported to other servers, because the servers are independent worlds in their own right and not connected to each other. A kind of switch is therefore not possible.
Premium transfer between servers
No, this is not possible. You have to make a premium swap by giving a player the code for server X and then receiving a code for server Y from that player. Monstersgame or Redmoon Studios will not be liable for such an exchange!
What would be possible is that you buy MoonCoins but then under Payment "as a voucher" marked before the purchase. You will then receive a code by e-mail, this code you can then pass on.

Server lame
Every hour on the hour some cronjobs run through, which leads to the fact that the servers load briefly longer. This is currently not possible and will only be handled differently with the Monstersgame Rewrite.
The servers are backed up daily, which saves the data. Unfortunately, this leads to the fact that for a few minutes the server no longer responds and the page only loads and loads and loads. After a few minutes, however, the spook is over again and you can continue playing normally.
Please do not open a ticket immediately in the ticket system. Please wait 30 - 60 minutes.
