Delete account?
It is of course possible to delete your account, for this we distinguish between :
- Game Account
- MoonID Portal Account
Delete game account
You can delete your game account, i.e. your vampire or werewolf, by logging into your account and clicking on Profil in the "Status". There you scroll down to the bottom and see the item "Delete account". Here you must click on the box under "Check to mark account for deletion" and then click on "Save". Done.
he account will not be deleted immediately, but automatically at 2 a.m. the following night.
Please also note as written in Profile Account Delete.
Please note that this will only delete your one game account on this server on which you have requested the deletion.
MoonID portal deletion
If you want to delete your account in the MoonID portal, you have to click on Data in your profile.
Here it is checked whether you still have game accounts that you should delete beforehand, then you can delete your moonid account yourself.
For example, the message will look like this if you still have game accounts that you need to delete.
If you have already deleted all game accounts, you only have to make your rake and send it:

However, if you want to delete your moonid account without deleting your game account (which could contain personal data), you must create a ticket: You have to switch to the Ticket-System in MoonID Portal, and create a ticket with the content that your account should be deleted in the portal. This should then look like this:
