Delete account?
It is of course possible to delete your account, for this we distinguish between :
- Game Account
- MoonID Portal Account
Delete game account
You can delete your game account, i.e. your vampire or werewolf, by logging into your account and clicking on Profil in the "Status". There you scroll down to the bottom and see the item "Delete account". Here you must click on the box under "Check to mark account for deletion" and then click on "Save". Done.

Bitte beachte auch wie unter Im Profil Account Löschen geschrieben.
Bitte Beachtet das dieses nur deinen einen Spiele Account auf diesem Server löscht auf dem du die Löschung beantragt hast.
MoonID Portal Löschung
Möchtest du deinen Account im MoonID Portal löschen, musst du unter Data in deinem Profil klicken.
Hier wird vorher geprüft ob du noch Spiele Accounts hast die du vorher löschen solltest, danach kannst du dein moonid Account selbst löschen.
So z.b. Sieht die Meldung dann aus wenn ihr Noch Spiele Accounts habt die ihr noch löschen müsst.
Solltest du alle Spiele Accounts bereits gelöscht haben musst du nur noch deinen Harken machen und absenden:

Solltet ihr Trotzdem euren moonid account löschen wollen ohne Spieleaccounts löschen zu wollen(was dann aber Personenbezogene Daten haben könnte) müsst ihr ein Ticket erstellen : Du musst dazu in MoonID Portal auf das Ticket-System wechseln, und dort dann ein Ticket erstellen mit dem Inhalt das euer Account im Portal gelöscht werden soll. Das sollte dann wie folgt aussehen :
